Ông Soumitra Sen
Soumitra Sen is the Co-Founder of Intin, a Business Intelligence & Solutions Platform that combines the expertise of seasoned marketers and cutting-edge tech to enable growth and improve MROI. He works with CEOs and CMOs across Asia/India/Middle East to enable and equip their organisations for success in the
digital age. Prior to immersing himself in the Start-up world and Digital Transformation, he has clocked over 25 years in Profit Centre Head and Marketing Leadership roles. This combination of online & offline expertise gives him a unique perspective of what is takes to succeed consistently in today’s business environment.
His rich marketing experience stems from stewarding top global brands in blue chip companies – The Gillette Company, P&G, Unilever, GSK Consumer Healthcare across a variety of product categories viz., Tide and Ariel laundry detergent, Duracell batteries, Downy fabric conditioner, Braun appliances, Walls ice cream, Febreze air fresheners, and Panadol OTC products. His brand building journey has taken him from India, across Middle East & Africa, to the Asia Pacific – where he has held a number of international marketing leadership positions on billion-dollar brands. He has first-hand experience of working with teams across Asia Pacific markets, as well as collaborating with global teams to create bespoke
strategies for the region. He has been involved in growing brands in the Vietnam market since 2003.
He has been recognised for marketing excellence at the highest level in The Gillette Company and Procter & Gamble. He is the recipient of the first ever Global Excellence in. Marketing award by the Gillette Company CEO. While at P&G, he and his team have been recognised with the CEOs award for Best Brand Building globally, Asia Presidents award for Brand Building, and P&G CMOs award for Best Brand Value Reframing. His brand building work at GSK has been featured as a cover story in Asia Marketing magazine.
Soumitra is a member of the Global CMO Council Advisory Board for Asia Pacific. he is involved in promoting marketing best practices across the region, evangelising digital first thinking amongst the C- suite, and mentoring the next generation of marketing leaders. Soumitra is an alumnus of Columbia Business School (NYC) and Delhi University. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two kids, and travels frequently to Vietnam for business and higher pursuits.
