Ms. Do Thuy Duong is a leading strategic consultant specializing in organizational culture and human capital development, with over 22 years of experience in training, advisory services, and strategic implementation for major corporations, banks, and social organizations both domestically and internationally. She is the founder of The MAP – Vietnam Management Blueprint and TalentPool, pioneering organizations in leadership development training in Vietnam since 2008.

Ms. Duong previously served as Director of the Culture Training Center at Vingroup Corporation (2023) and Director of Talent & Culture Development at VinFast (2022). She concurrently holds the position of Vice President of the Hanoi Association For Women Entrepreneurs (HNEW) and served as a delegate to the Hanoi People’s Council for the 2016-2021 term.
