His most recent job is Retail Channel Manager – Apple South Asia, in charge and responsible for growing sales from 3,000 billion / year to over 8,000 billion / year. Won Apple South Asia’s highest growing retail manager award!
With experience in Customer Service (since 1997), Customer Experience (2003 – 2015) and applying knowledge of Experience when working for Apple from 2015 – 2018; He was chosen by Ron Kaufman (#1 in the world in Customer Experience 2018 – 2023) as the exclusive implementation partner in Vietnam.
From 2018 up to now, he has successfully consulted, trained and accompanied businesses and chains such as: 30 Shine (15 months), Vua Nem (18 months), Dat Xanh Group (12 months), Vingroup and other member companies (2019 – 2023), Vietnam Airlines (2021 – present).
