Mr. Phan Minh Thong is the founder and chairman of Phuc Sinh, Vietnam’s leading agricultural export company with revenue of over 200 million USD.

He founded Phuc Sinh in 2001, focusing on commercial activities and exporting strong Vietnamese products such as coffee, pepper and some agricultural products to international markets. In 2005, Phuc Sinh pioneered the construction of the first clean pepper processing factory in Vietnam, a stepping stone that helped the company become the world’s leading pepper exporter since then. In 2019, Phuc Sinh built coffee and pepper brands in the domestic market. Mr. Thong has a bachelor’s degree from Hanoi Foreign Trade University.
