Lâm Bình Bảo is the Founder and CEO of B Coaching, a firm dedicated to helping organizations build stronger business models, strategies, B2B marketing & sales and leadership excellence.

Before establishing B Coaching, he spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles at global corporations such as ABB, Tetra Pak, Mettler Toledo, and ProMinent. He holds an MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney (Australia) under an Australian Government scholarship, and has also served as a visiting lecturer in the MBA program at Ton Duc Thang University.

Over the past 15 years, he has coached and trained leaders across a wide range of industries, working with major organizations in Vietnam including VNPT, Loc Troi Group, Japfa, SGS, and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City. He currently serves as an independent board member for several companies, where he contributes to advancing corporate governance and organizational performance.
