He is currently Vice President of Strategy and Innovation and Chief Growth Officer at CyberLotus, a technology company with a diverse ecosystem of products serving businesses, from ERP (overall resource management), business management and operations software, to online public services and authentication solutions, digital signatures.

He studied at the United Business Institute Brussels (UBI) majoring in strategic competition management and brand marketing. Bachelor of Arts in graphic art from the University of Industrial Fine Arts. To date, he has more than 25 years of experience in the field of strategic management and brand marketing. He first started his business in 1996, 10 years before Vietnam joined the WTO and founded the Asian Brand Strategy Company.

Mr. Phong has made many contributions to professional organizations, associations, and unions, with community development activities, improving management capacity, digital transformation, and brand marketing for Vietnamese enterprises. He also participates in guest lectures and presentations for the Academy of Journalism, Business Administration, and schools under the National University. He also holds the following positions: Deputy Director of the Institute of Digital Management, Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Business Directors – VACD, Vice President of the Club of Sales & Marketing Directors – CSMO.
