Dr. Jenny Dung Le is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business Administration. Before joining VinUni, she had 10 years of research and teaching experience in Vietnam, Australia (Griffith University), and the US (Guest Lecturer at Cornell University, Nolan School of Hotel Management – ranked 1st in the US for hotel management). Dr. Jenny Dung Le completed her PhD at Griffith University, Australia in 2020 and has published numerous articles in leading tourism and hospitality journals, including the International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, Current Issues in Tourism, and Tourism Review. Her teaching and research interests include visual intelligence, digital marketing, emotion, experience design, crisis management, and sustainability. In addition, she has participated in several consulting projects for industry partners (e.g. Mantra Hotel Group, Intrepid Travel Group, Vietnam Electricity Group) and drawn practical conclusions based on customer research.
