Ticket

1. Can I share/transfer my event tickets with others?
In case you cannot attend the event, you can share/transfer tickets to others.
2. How will I receive my tickets?
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation Email with your e-ticket.
3. What do I need to bring when checking in to enter the event area?
You only need to present your electronic ticket sent via Email or via Zalo message (ZNS – Zalo Notification Service) to check-in to participate in the event.
4. Can I get a refund in case the event is canceled?
In case the event is canceled for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
5. How does an “All-in-one” ticket differ from a “Combo” ticket?
All-in-one tickets have additional benefits to participate in the Networking Gala – an opportunity to interact and connect with guest speakers as well as sales and marketing practitioners in many fields in Vietnam.

Payment

6. What types of payments are accepted?
The Organizing Committee has a payment method for individual attendees using a payment gateway.
For businesses, there is a payment method using a payment gateway or 24/7 bank transfer.
When booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to pay.
7. Do I have to pay in advance when booking online?
To ensure a thorough organisation of the program, please pay 100% of the value when booking tickets to the event.
8. Can I get a receipt after purchasing a ticket?
If you would like to receive an invoice, please provide the information specifically instructed in the ticket sales link. Invoices will be issued on the same day for tickets purchased before 18:00 and on the following day for tickets purchased after 18:00. For tickets purchased on Saturday and Sunday, invoices will be issued on Monday of the following week.
9. Why have I not received an email or Zalo message notifying me of a successful ticket booking?
Please check if the system sends a registration code to your Email inbox, spam folder, or Zalo message. If yes, you have successfully registered, and this code can also be used to attend the event.
If you do not receive notification within 24 hours of completing payment, don’t hesitate to contact the Organizing Committee and provide your full name, phone number and Email. We will send you a payment confirmation with a QR Code to attend the event to your Email.

Transportation

10. How can I get to the event venue?
The event will be held at Galaxy Innovation Hub, D1 Street, High-Tech Park, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. To get to Galaxy Innovation Hub, you can:
– Travel by personal vehicle
– Travel by Metro (travel time: 22 minutes)
 
A detailed map guiding you to the event will be sent to participants via email closer to the event date.
