After gaining experience at leading multinational corporations in Vietnam, driven by her relentless passion for marketing, An Ha decided to pivot her career in 2007. She embraced the freedom to explore, strategize, and execute independently by becoming one of the eight founding members of Talentnet, now a leading HR consulting firm in Vietnam.

With over 20 years of experience in brand development, An Ha is known as a strategist who delivers creative yet highly practical solutions. She is recognized as a pioneer in planning and executing comprehensive and breakthrough B2B marketing strategies.

Under her leadership, Talentnet has grown into a top brand in the B2B sector in Vietnam, especially in HR services. Her efforts led Talentnet to receive the Silver Trophy for Loyalty Customer Engagement, a prestigious Southeast Asian award for B2B enterprises. She also initiated the Vietnam HR Awards—a highly regarded national award in human resources, symbolizing standards and excellence within the HR profession in Vietnam.

As the youngest member of the company’s executive board, An Ha is currently responsible for brand development and strategic transformation projects. Additionally, she leads customer experience and strategic partnerships initiatives at Talentnet.
