Ms. Nguyen Quynh Trang is currently a Design Thinking and Experience Design Coach. Prior to that, Ms. Trang had more than 20 years of working in local and multinational corporations, holding key positions in the fields of Marketing, Communication, Branding and Customer Experience, including nearly 15 years of working at IBM Corporation in the positions of Country Communications Manager, Country Marketing Manager of IBM Vietnam, Brand and Communications Manager of IBM ASEAN in Singapore.
Ms. Trang is one of the first experts on Design Thinking in Vietnam, holding the Mastering Design Thinking certificate issued by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
Ms. Trang holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University and a Master’s degree in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia, USA.
Ms. Trang is one of the founding members and is currently the Vice President of the Vietnam Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Association.
