Ms. Huynh Thi Xuan Lien currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at PNJ, a renowned jewelry company in Vietnam, and concurrently holds the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Members at CAF.

Prior to her current roles, she held the position of Franchise General Manager for the beverage division of Pepsico Vietnam and Senior Vice President of Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam, a leading beverage company in Vietnam. During her 12-year tenure with Pepsico and Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam, Ms. Xuan Lien successfully led Pepsico/Suntory PepsiCo brands to become top-selling brands in Vietnam.

With over 22 years of experience in Marketing and Franchising for leading corporations such as LG, Dutch Lady, Unilever, and Pepsico/Suntory PepsiCo, Ms. Xuan Lien’s passion and market development capabilities have been instrumental in her success as a marketing leader for these prominent companies.

She currently serves as Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Women Entrepreneurs Association (HAWEE) and Vice President of the Vietnam Marketing Association for over five years. Recently, she has been appointed Vice President of the Chief of Sales & Marketing Officer Association (CSMO). Ms. Lien is deeply committed to community activities, particularly the development of women entrepreneurs and young talents.
