Mr. Nguyen Lam Thanh has more than 20 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors in the fields of Information Technology and Communications. He has held senior leadership positions at multinational corporations such as Intel, Samsung, and 3M, as well as at leading domestic organizations including the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Science and Technology, FPT Group, VTC Corporation, and VinGroup.

He has served as Vice President of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA) since 2011 and was Vice President of the Vietnam Internet Association (VIA) from 2010 to 2015. Since 2018, he has been the Country Representative of TikTok in Vietnam.
